For wellness seekers, the ayurveda Yoga Villa is a paradise to enjoy the benefits of healing energy of Nature and along with our Ayurvedic rejuvenation massages and treatments. Our twice daily yoga, pranayamas (breathing techniques), evening meditation can relax you deeply and teach you how to relax when you are back to the stressful life in the world. The delicious Ayurvedic food coupled with fresh vegetable and fruits/juices can invigorate your digestive system. The nature walks in the surrounding forest and tribal villages, or just lying down in the waters of River Kabani in front of us can sooth your nerves and guarantee you deep sleep.

How many days?
Minimum 1 week, ideally 2 weeks, and for better results 3 to 4 weeks – depending on your present condition and what you are expecting.
Extension Tours
From here you can also go out on day trips to wild life in Tolpatty and Wayanad national parks. We can also arrange vehicles and guides for an extended tour to Backwaters in Alleppey or hills stations in Munnar, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Mysore.
