3. Constructional (Doshabalapravritta)

5. Seasonal (Klabalapravritta)
6. Infectious and Spiritual (Daivabalapravritta)
7. Natural (Swabhavbalapravritta)

Unique treatment for each person

Ayurvedic treatments are unique to each person, depending upon your “Body type” (vata, pitta, kapha), age, environment and diet. The focus is more on prevention at their roots rather than curing the symptoms.

According Ayurveda, when a body is restored to its natural rhythm, the body can heal itself. So Ayurvedic treatments are more focused on removing toxins and pranic blocks, and balancing the three doshas.

At Ayurveda Yoga Villa, we evaluate the disease symptoms as well as the nature of diseases and its root causes by studying the following components:

Dhatus (Tissues of Body): Seven basic tissues which maintain and nourish the body: rasa (plasma), rakta (blood), mamsa (muscles),meda (fat), asthi (bone), majja (marrow) and sukra(sperm/ovum). Proper amount of each dhatu and their balanced function is very important for good health.

Upadhatus: Hair, nails, ligaments etc...

Mala (Elimination of waste): These are the waste materials produced as a result of various metabolic activities in the body. They are mainly urine, feces, sweat, flatus etc. Proper elimination of the malas is equally important for good health. Accumulation of malas causes many diseases in the body.

Srotas (Channels): These are different types of channels which are responsible for transportation of food, blood, malas and nerves. Proper functioning of srotas is necessary for transporting different materials to the site of their requirement. Blockage of srotas causes many diseases.

Agnis (Fires): These are different types of enzymes responsible for digestion and transforming one material to another.
